We deliver to the student to a timed appointment system. At that time we perform four primary functions:

  • -          Delivery of the equipment
  • -          Set-up of the equipment
  • -          Test of the equipment
  • -          A familiarisation session with the assistive technology

We DO NOT nor HAVE EVER subcontracted any part of this service and only use our fully trained, specialist technicians to perform this service.

The important benefits of this are:

  • -          The student can use equipment from the moment that delivery takes place
  • -          The student knows how to access our comprehensive support service immediately after delivery has taken place
  • -          Training can be arranged close to the delivery date and with the confidence that the first session will be wholly dedicated to assistive technology training
