Please see below a form to fill out in oder to connect "Live" to one of our technicians. The Service runs during nornal business hours.
After you click on the "Connect to Remtek Technicain" button you should see a "Applet Download" page - Click download. At this point you will be asked to save or run the download. Choose to "Run" and again Click on "Run" to launch the console to connect to one of our technicians. A technician will respond and work with you to resolve the problem.
